Unlimited text usage

Currently the Business Plan does not include unlimited text usage, but it is extremely valuable for power users and team work. A Business Plan usage barely allows for only one user, never for a team. I run out of the 4,000,000 monthly credits so quickly that I have never been able to add a team member. I suggest to include unlimited text usage and allow multichat doc extensively. In the meantime I have had to use another online solution. Please take this into consideration. Your customers will thank you for it and the app will be more competitive.

1min.AI ok, so no unlimited. However, my main issue with text is for example, I use some modal and it costs me 50,000 credits. I read over the text and I ask a simple can you explain x or can you define y. I am charged another 50k for each message I type. I could respond with "Ok, thank you" I am charged 50k credits.

The phone carrier plan for a student should definitely include “unlimited” texting and calls.

I agree. At the very least, reduce the number of credits for text by A LOT. I've actually stopped using this service for text, which is a shame.
