Unhappy again
My business partner and I have 2 accounts. I have a business account with a team name and she has a basic paid account with a different team name. I log in first thing in the morning and she signs on in the evening. Yesterday, after the required update of my password and a program update, when I logged in, I was signed into her team name and had completed my daily activity before I realized it was not on my team. Last evening, she signed in and asked me if I had logged into her account early. I am trying to get the credit for signing in before the work day started, but my sign in has switched accounts. I changed to my team and didn't get credit. I logged off and logged back in and I was on her team only. I switched to my team, was not credited with a daily log in and signed back out. Again, I was switched to her team. I have performed this 3 times. I am unhappy. I will have to skip a day of evening sign in to be able to be on my team and be credited in the morning. Then I won't have signed on daily for a week, even though I am signing in and being stuck in the wrong team. UGH!
