There needs to be a way to cancel in process AI request.
It makes no sense that this Deepseek AI has been running for over 40 minutes on a prompt that was less than 25 words and requesting 30 words. I lost 1600 credits because I never received an answer.

Your customer service is terrible. You leave me an email to respond at 5AM and I get the message at 2pm and you've already closed my ticket!!! You have tawk on your website and all your AI does is repeat my question telling me it don't know. If I can train one then you as an AI company should be able to train it to at least answer some of the questions on your feedback page. My problem is that the AI once started can not be stopped, I tried to stop it so I could use another AI but it was on for over an hour with no response.
