the multi AI didn't respond.

I tried to create a chat, to ask the AI ​​platform to help me write a farewell article at the end of my term. But your platform reported an error (like it couldn't get some content...) then the 1MINAI website screen froze (only the 1MINAI tab froze), then I didn't receive any response from the AI. Although I didn't receive any results, my Credits were still deducted.
