Status Issue After Upgrading to Advanced Business
Hello,
I subscribed to the Business offer on the Stacksocial website on December 14th and then upgraded to the Advanced Business offer on Sunday, December 15th. However, my account status still shows as "Business." Nevertheless, I did receive 4 million credits after entering my code. Is this situation normal, or is there a bug?
I am attaching screenshots showing my current status and proof of my Advanced Business purchase.

So, Advanced Business is still a Business plan. You will receive the benefits of Advanced Business plan. We believe that after code redemption, your account was topped up with 4,000,000 credits.
