split this feature into 2. one to just add additional subtitles to the video by their extracting an audio track or subtitle track or maybe both at the same time and the result will be a new video file with embedded new translated subtitle.

this is perfect for anime to transcribe the japanese audio then translate it to english and export it to srt. currently this is all manual process but will be cool if we can simply upload a video. perhaps add storage limits and queue system based on tier list.
