Service costs too high to pay for unguaranteed generation outcomes
I don't understand why the credit cost is so high for basic service requests such as text/image to video - audio generation when there is no sure way to know whether the video generated will be worth the amount of credits being requested. I don't find this to be helpful at all. 1min.AI seems to be lacking a ton of features that could very well be found in other Ai services across the internet. Where can customers receive refunds for this service?
