Refund for unfortunatelly useless PRO lifetime

I bought LIFETIME PRO subscr. but it is really usefull for rme due to two reasons: multidoc feature does not keep conversation in context (i dont know why, API to models definitaly can) and thanks to it improvment of propmts are impossible - too much iteration = 2. reason - too expensive for that conditions - you have to try it more than one and it is harder thanks to non contextual conversation , on top of that I tried 3 models for 1 little harder question and all credits gained with subscription and daily visiting are gone - are you serious? It is not usable for the other than really basic tasks - usefull - I want to full refund please

1min.AI I dont understand , think you get enough information about my request. The model what you are using is for small group of customers and you did not tell that anywhere - posters like "chating with the newest AI models" its nice that you can use all of them, but without cointext are newest model absolultly useless as the same as are without possibility to download the files generated by them. And for that services , which the most of people cannot use to solve their tasks (asking on best christmas recipes to newest model is really waste of capacity and power) you want another paymens (another because i already bought PRO lifetime) for credits - You didnt say anywhere before, that the amount of credits, WHOLE amuount is spend by 3 querries to newest models ( and i chose the individuals to not spending much) - 3 tries? And closing this thread is another interesting begaviour , I will enjoy writing reviews , with these informations :)
