Question regarding credits per month for Business profil

I have a 'Business' plan with 10 invites. On my administrator profile, I have 2,000,000 credits per month. I can invite 9 people. My questions are: How many credits can these people use per month? Are the credits on my profile to be shared with these 10 invites? Do we need to share them among ourselves?
