[MAJOR BUG] REPORT ISSUE BUTTON IS NOT WORKING

Today, I tried twice a Multi-chat with 6 LLM, including GPT-5 and Perplexity Pro but it got stuck every-time without any results. I was charged half Millions tokens for nothing, so I wanted to send a bug report but the "Report the issue" button is not working. Hopefully, this issue gets fixed soon
