Help me writing my first novel

Writing a long article or an essay is sometimes difficult as you always get back to your wording, your organization plan. So I guess it would be nice to have an assistant to discuss with, sharing idea, talking narrative and then along the writing would propose rephrase or idea as long as i am writing. Kind of a dialogue with someone that is not only good in narrative but also in editing. Of course, it shall be multilingual.
