GPT-4o mini glitch. Everything flagging for violence

Anything I put in to write a story gets this message right now. "The input content may violate our content policy (violence)! Please report the issue to us if you think it is a mistake. Thank you!" This wasn't happening until yesterday. Could you resolve this issue? Thank you
