[General] Support labeling for Prompt, Asset, Image, Video, Chat, Result, ...

Have a label system for generated saved items (images / docs / scripts, coding, etc...) To easily find in future. And for resources / saved prompts / platform specific, project goal, style used, etc... Labels also assigned to resourced used. So if i use MidJourney for an image then i choose MidJourney, animals, furry, and photorealistic labels and i have a list of my own AND what others shared for base prompts. This way we can share our collective knowledge and experience adding a whole new benefit to 1min no other resource has, a collaborative globaly community resource library that easily label based searched for every fearure / platform / style / etc....
