expose ElevenLabs' POST /v1/voices/add

1min.ai doesn't expose ElevenLabs' POST /v1/voices/add (which would create a permanent voice ID you could reuse cheaply). Without that, every call is a full instant-clone inference.Right now it's a 6 second delay. forever for voice chat
