doesn't stream TTS at all

1min.ai doesn't stream TTS at all — neither Qwen3 nor tts-1 returns audio bytes directly, both force the S3 round-trip. The 2-3s is a hard floor from Qwen3's inference time and can't be reduced on this platform.
