[Documentation] Working with Chat Memories

Multi AI Chat has a memories feature I would like to learn more about in order to get the most out of chats. I see memories are limited to 30 and allow for manual deletion and creation, but I could use some documentation (or even an external link) to see if memory management is something I should be using. This seems to relate to the recent feature request titled, [Multi AI Chat] Memory
