Confusing UX & Lack of Documentation — Key Features Are Unclear and Hard to Use
Complementary to my previous feedback (which I cannot locate in your feedback tracker — where is the "My Feedbacks" section?), several features feel unintuitive and poorly explained.Take "Memories" as an example: I assumed it referred to conversational context, since context retention is a fundamental pillar of any LLM-based assistant. However, I'm still unsure whether that's actually its purpose — or whether it even works as expected. While trying to figure it out by clicking around, I inadvertently hit the 30-memory limit without understanding what I had created. When I attempted to delete those memories, neither the history view nor the settings offered any explanation of what they are or how to manage them.More broadly, the product currently feels like an alpha-stage engineering build: it may have real potential, but without clear onboarding, tooltips, or documentation, core features remain opaque to end users. Simplifying the interface and adding contextual explanations for key concepts would go a long way toward making the product genuinely usable.
