Concerns Regarding Lifetime Subscription and Service Issues

Hi, I have used up all my points, and my balance is now zero, despite having purchased a lifetime subscription. If I need to earn points daily to use the service, what is the benefit of having a lifetime subscription that runs out so quickly? Could you please provide a solution for this? Otherwise, I don’t see the value in continuing, especially if I still need to spend additional money. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the images I’m searching for are not appearing as expected, leading to wasted points. In contrast, other AI tools provide the results I need more efficiently, which you can verify through analysis of my usage. I find this quite disappointing, and, unfortunately, it doesn’t seem worth it for me. Please let me know the next steps. Thank you.
