Concerns Regarding AI Credit Balance Usage
Firstly, I want to acknowledge the thought and effort that undoubtedly went into developing the pricing models for your AI services. I understand that creating a sustainable and fair pricing structure is crucial for both your business and your users.
However, I have recently purchased the monthly package of 1 million credit points for $40 and have some concerns regarding the credit balance usage. After just a few initial attempts with the AI tools, I found that I had already used up 535,462 credit points. This has raised some concerns for me about the balance and sustainability of the credit usage, particularly for users who wish to use the service for small, daily research tasks over the course of a month.
Given the current credit expenditure rate, it seems challenging to make effective use of the tools for even a month of moderate use. My intention is to access a cutting-edge AI tool to assist with small, daily research tasks throughout the month. However, the current credit consumption rate makes it difficult to justify the cost and usability for this purpose.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider reviewing the credit usage rates or provide additional guidance on how to effectively manage credit consumption for typical use cases.
