CLOSE THE CHAT SUPPORT WINDOW

Hi, by default de chat support window opens everytime we navigate on the app. This is really driving me crazy as I have vertical screen and it takes a lot of space on it and I have to close it all the time. It would be great to have it closed by default, or at least an option to chose the status of that window by default. Also Im using 1min.ai integrated into ferdium so I have always have quick access to it, which is pretty good.. but that support window..... Screenshot attached. Thanks
